Description
Springs Valley Education Foundation considered the development of a place-based scholarship, or “Promise” program, for graduates of Springs Valley Schools in French Lick, Indiana. Upjohn Institute staff worked with Springs Valley Stakeholders to refine the proposed design of the program and estimated its cost over a 10-year time frame.
