Description
Upjohn Institute staff members will be part of a team headed by Abt Associates to conduct a national evaluation of the American Apprenticeship Initiative (AAI). This initiative is intended to expand apprenticeship training in the United States. The role of the Upjohn Institute staff is to conduct a Return on Investment (ROI) study that estimates the benefits and costs of apprenticeships to employers.
