Description
Researchers prepared an environment scan of labor conditions in the five-county area of Barry, Branch, Calhoun, Kalamazoo, and St. Joseph counties. The study assessed the impact of potential business closings and developed a labor profile of the area to support ongoing training programs. Finally, it offered recommendations on the coordination of the delivery of employment services in the region.
