Description
Institute staff developed a Regional Prosperity Plan (RPP) for Region 6 (Shiawassee, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Tuscola, Sanilac, and Huron Counties). This Plan included a five-year regional plan for the seven-county region and systems within which regional partners will interact and implement the plan. Three final products were prepared: 1) statistical analyses of the region’s economic and demographic structure, and competitiveness; 2) a detailed strategic plan describing a prioritized list of important regional assets and action strategies that are based on those assets; and 3) a performance dashboard.
