Description
Upjohn Institute staff will estimate the costs of a place-based scholarship for the Rockford Public School District #205, in Illinois.
A final report will include
-A 10-year forecast of student enrollment at RPS based on historical trends and potential impact of the promise scholarship;
-A 10-year forecast of college attendance of RPS graduates;
-A detailed outline of the method used in the calculations; and
-A 10-year forecast of annual cost estimates The final report is due on 10/15/2018.
