Description
The Upjohn Institute prepared a cost estimate for The McKinney Promise, a place-based scholarship program developed in McKinney, Texas. Institute staff estimated the cost of four alternative scenarios for a McKinney Promise, and delivered a report detailing methodology, assumptions, and the cost of each scenario.
