Description
The Upjohn Institute will develop a Scorecard for the Learning Network of Greater Kalamazoo in order to promote shared community accountability along the continuum of learning. Institute staff will interview leaders from Kalamazoo County community organizations and schools, conduct baseline research, and prepare a landscape assessment to inform the development of the Scorecard. The research will serve as the basis for the identification of potential clusters, indicators and means of measurement recommendations. Upjohn Institute staff will provide technical assistance to establish community and organization data collection systems and to improve program evaluation capacity. Staff shall also coordinate the design, monitoring and on-going reporting for the Learning Network Scorecard.
