Description

Using methods that support causal inference and data from the Association of American Medical Colleges, the study seeks to inform the public policy debate around affirmative action policies by examining whether bans on affirmative action may be having a negative impact on the racial and ethnic diversity of students in the vital area of medicine, with important long-term effects for our nation’s labor market and health care systems.
