Abstract
This session focuses on how COVID-19 has impacted small businesses across sectors, firm sizes, and geography. The panelists discuss how governments at all levels can help small businesses through programs such as the Paycheck Protection Program and how such small business programs may need to evolve over time to promote an equitable recovery.
