Strategic Partnership in Support of MEDC analysis "Transformational Brownfield Redevelopment Projects Economic & Fiscal Analysis."
The University of Michigan's Research Seminar in Quantitative Economics (RSQE) has been awarded a contract by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) to estimate the impacts of brownfield redevelopment projects in the state of Michigan. The study period is for five years with up to five projects per year. The regional team at the Upjohn Institute will be a strategic partner in helping RSQE formulate the process, consider and develop the inputs for the impact model, and to participate in validating findings and conclusions based on outputs from the REMI model, and otherwise support the estimation process and product.
