Description
Saranac Community Schools considered the adoption of a place-based scholarship, or “Promise” program, to be known as the Saranac Promise. Upjohn Institute staff worked with Saranac stakeholders to refine the proposed design of the program and estimate its cost over a 10-year time frame.
