Description
Researchers estimated both the costs and benefits of the Davenport Promise program. The potential cost, if any, of increasing the Davenport District’s school system capacity was assessed. Secondly, researchers estimated the potential impact of the loss of economic activity associated with the reallocation of the Local Option Sales Tax (LOST).
