Description
This project reviewed the international literature on evaluations of active labor market programs to identify what works for whom and under which circumstances. The report provided a basis for planning new evaluations of federal-provincial labor market development agreements. Key evaluation questions were identified, and suggestions for evaluation methodologies were offered.
