Description
The W.E. Upjohn Institute prepared a cost-benefit analysis and an economic impact statement for a proposed conference center to be located on the south beach in South Haven. The analysis included a 10-year benefit-cost analysis that would generate a net present value estimate for three separate scenarios about the usage of the center.
