Description
The Upjohn Institute prepared a report to generate a “middle-dollar” cost estimate of the proposed Challenge Scholarship (Grand Rapids, Michigan) over a 10-year time frame. In addition, the Institute generated a “last-dollar” estimate that took into account all other grants and scholarships including institutional aid. Finally, for both the middle-dollar and last-dollar estimates, the Institute examined the cost of the scholarship if it included room and board.
