Description
Institute staff is working with community members in Evart, Michigan, to identify the community's potential benefits and costs of a place-based scholarship program, such as the Kalamazoo Promise. Staff members will present design recommendations and important considerations for several design options. A planning group from the community will choose a preferred program model. The Upjohn Institute staff will prepare and deliver a cost estimate for that choice.
