Description
We are using Burning Glass data to study how firms alter their job requirements as they begin asking for technology in occupational and administrative support jobs. We find that firms seek high-skilled workers when they begin requiring that occupational and administrative support workers have computer sills. We also find that firms want these workers to be able to perform tasks that have typically been associated with higher-paying jobs.
