Description
The W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research of Kalamazoo, will conduct a Community Needs Assessment for the Toledo Community Foundation, Inc. As detailed in the scope of work, the work plan includes both quantitative and qualitative approaches to this research. The research will be comprised of a planning meeting, analysis of economic and demographic data, primary data collection via focus groups and key informant interviews, a review of Foundation plans and documents as well as others provided by the Foundation. The intent is to focus on the Foundation's six grant-making areas and how it integrates with the Foundation's strategic plan. The final products will be a full report as well as an executive summary document.
