Description
This study examined trends in the private provision of retiree health benefits, with a focus on two main issues: 1) the interaction between public and private retiree health benefits—for example, how the new Medicare prescription drug plan will interact with private plans—and 2) the legal and economic factors governing termination or drastic reduction in health benefits for current and future retirees.
