Description
The Upjohn Institute team examined the frequency and severity of occupational disease claims for state fund and self-insured employers, analyzed the impact of these claims on long-term disability and pension trends, interpreted and compared Washington state’s statutory definition of occupational disease to those of other states and jurisdictions, and compared the statute of limitations for filing occupational disease claims in Washington state and other states and jurisdictions.
